87th Oscar Cinematography Updates (2014-2015 Awards Season) (10/20/11)

Here are today’s rankings for the 87th Oscar Cinematography race (2014-2015 awards season), with previous rankings in parenthesis. I like this stage of the race, when the cinematographers aren’t even known, because I get to imagine what different photographers might be able to do with the material. At the same time, we all know that certain genres, directors and stories tend to draw the best. So we are left with a combination of instinct, science and luck!

  2. Haha! I love it Colin. I hadn't thought about the possibility that I would ever have enough influence to accidentally get votes thrown out for voting for the wrong year!

    Then again, if it's only Mickey Rooney, maybe we'd be better off?
