87th Oscar Lead Actress Updates (2014-2015 Awards Season) (5/19/2014)

As last year’s winner Cate Blanchett reminds us: “The world is round, people!”, and there’s no better proof of that than the wealth of performances that are vying for this year’s Lead Actress award.

In the end, I think that it is Amy Adams who will turn her sixth nomination into a win (with a little help from the film’s distributor and the master of campaigning for stars who are due for a gold statue, Harvey Weinstein!).
