For the past several years, The Academy Members Project has quietly gone through the list of Oscar nominees and tried to sort them into three groups:
- Existing Academy Members who can vote for the Oscars (and, if they choose to, themselves!) -- marked VOTING MEMBER! below
This year, it occurred to me that it might be useful to have that information compiled in one place.
All our standard disclaimers apply, and we’re always looking for better information on each of these folks - particularly the ones marked Uncertain. But here’s where we think they stand right now. (Note that we’ve done a similar analysis of this year’s Presenters and Performers as well).
